A bold and rare creation, our annual rotational release brings together equal parts Espadín and Madrecuishe for a mezcal unlike any other. The blend of these agaves reflects the terroir of Oaxaca — Espadín’s backbone meets Madrecuishe’s herbaceous depth. Distilled first in copper, then refined in smaller stills, the result is a mezcal of layered character, made only once.

Key Highlights:
  • Double distilled to proof: First in 250L copper stills, then second in ancestral 70L clay pot stills
  • Annual rotational release: Never repeated. Less than 400 liters produced globally
Awards:
  • American Distilling Institute’s Judging of Craft Spirits (Gold Medal – 2019 & Best of Category – 2019)
  • International Spirits Challenge (Double Gold – 2020 & Mezcal Trophy – 2020)
  • International Wine & Spirits Competition (Silver Medal – 2020)
Agave:

Equal parts Espadin (A.angustifolia) & Madrecuishe (A.karwinskii)
