How to Taste

Corte Vetusto Mezcal

All of Corte Vetusto mezcals are the most sophisticated version of each expression. They are agave-forward, balanced, complex and supported by present, but restrained smoke.

They say Mezcal should be kissed.

The following steps will allow you to get the best experience.

1. Bring the glass to your nose. Inhale gently before exhaling through your mouth.

2. Swirl the glass and repeat step 1, inhaling a bit deeper.

3. Take your first sip. Gently rinse your mouth with it for a moment, before exhaling through your nose. Swallow and then breathe out through your mouth.

4. Inhale and take your next sip. Your palate is now ready to start appreciating the essence of the mezcal. Over time, much like a fine wine, the mezcal will open and invite you to explore the finer, more nuanced layers of flavour.
