Crafted from 7–8 year old Agave Angustifolia, with a touch of secret agave for complexity, this mezcal is the purest expression of our maestros’ skill. Cooked in earthen pits, crushed by tahona, and double-distilled in small copper pot stills, it captures both tradition and refinement in every sip.
