Our rarest ensemble to date, Espadín, Tobalá, and Tepeztate come together in a once-in-a-lifetime blend. Each agave brings its own identity: Espadín with structure, Tobalá with floral elegance, Tepeztate with bold minerality. This annual rotation epitomizes our respect for tradition and the sustainable use of wild agaves.

Equal parts Espadín (A. angustifolia), Tobalá (A. potatorum) & Tepeztate (A. marmorata)

Tasting Notes

Aroma

Subtle sweet roasted agave combines with jasmine, brined green olives and mesquite.

Taste

Good body, with hints of iodine, thyme and a prickle of black pepper.

Finish

Medium length with roasted green bell pepper and cedar wood.

Production Method

Artisanal Process

Cooked in conical earth oven, Tahona milled, naturally fermented and uniquely double distilled, starting in wood-fired 250L copper pot stills then finished in 70L ancestral clay pot stills.
